Nothing seems to be broken. I tried to research this part and could find nothing. Included is the original box in good shape with Link printed tape.

Vintage Link aviation gear box in this item was acquired from a local estate sale of an elderly gentleman. The shaft disk with four slots spins very well and is quite smooth. Absolutely no redirected shipping.

The only information that I could find was they produced a home flight trainer simulator known as blue box or pilot between 1930s and 1950's. The only conclusion that I could come to, was this item is likely a part goes to simulator.
