Details:

This propeller is ground adjustable and can be configured as a 2 or 3-blade assembly. The aluminum hub has a couple of imperfections which were caused by installing/removing it from the airplane, see pictures. This propeller was used once for approximately 2 hours to determine speed and climb. The propeller blades have some surface imperfections which were caused by IVs manufacturing methods, see pictures.

Combined weight of 3 composite blades, aluminum hub and spacer, bolts is 14 lbs. Another brand of propeller performed better so the IVO is no longer needed. This imperfections are considered by IVO and the local certified airplane mechanic to be minor of insignificant impact propellers safety or performance.
